Traditional methods of successfully leading and managing a workforce and workplace may no longer meet a company’s or their employees’ needs. With the recent events over the past years there has been a surge to adapt to new models of management that require innovation, experimentation and flexibility. To create a workforce and workplace of the future it is important to examine the exigencies of your company and employees and develop a plan that will elevate everyone’s experience. Brian Ruggeberg, managing director and partner at Kincentric will share his insights on building company culture, successful remote/hybrid work scenarios, new strategies for recruiting and retaining employees and cultivating a positive and productive back to work experience. The program will conclude with a roundtable discussion moderated by NYIA Chair Charles Makey, president, Merchants Insurance Group and Ellen Melchionni, president of NYIA where we will encourage you to talk about your company’s experience and what you are seeing in the industry.
