MEET OUR SPEAKER

Paul Buehler, Associate–Labor and Employment, Bond Schoeneck & King, represents clients in a variety of complex labor and employment matters and in proceedings before federal and state courts and various government agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also counsels employers on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, and drafts employment, separation, restrictive covenant and other employment-related agreements. In addition, he has commercial litigation and corporate transactional experience. Prior to Bond, Paul was an associate attorney with another Albany law firm.
