Special Requests/Accommodations
In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we invite all registrants to advise NYIA of any requests for accommodations. If you have any questions, please contact the association office at 518.432.4227. We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification of need.
Video & Photograph Usage
By registering for this event, you grant permission to NYIA the right to take video images and photographs of you in connection with the event and to use photographs taken of you in its printed and electronic communications including, but not limited to, event promotion pieces, website, Facebook page and magazine.
Cancellation Policy for All Virtual Events
Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 10 days before the start of the event; but will not be refunded if cancellation is received on or less than 9 days before the start of the event. Cancellation Policy for 2024 Annual Conference
Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by May 9, 2024, but will not be refunded if cancellation is received on or after May 10, 2024. Please contact Sue Dawes at NYIA at 518.432.4227 or via email at sdawes@nyia.org to change or cancel a registration.
Cancellation Policy for 2024 Annual Conference Exhibitors
An exhibitor applicant that desires to cancel this contract must provide written notice to NYIA prior to the end of the day on April 15, 2024 to receive a refund of their payment minus a 50 percent handling fee. If the notice of cancellation is received by NYIA on or after April 16, 2024 the exhibitor applicant will not receive a refund, regardless of cause.
