About NYISF
The New York Insurance Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (NYISF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity affiliated with the New York Insurance Association, Inc. NYISF aims to reduce financial barriers for the workforce of tomorrow through the New York Insurance Scholars program which provides scholarships for students interested in pursuing a career in insurance in an effort to ensure the viability of the industry.

NYISF Selects Ghani, Race and Traver as 2026-2027 Scholars
The New York Insurance Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (NYISF) has named Sameya Ghani, Madelyn Race and Aiden Traver as the 2026–2027 New York Insurance Scholars. Ghani is a graduate student at St. John’s University majoring in enterprise risk management. Race is a junior at Le Moyne College majoring in mathematics with an emphasis on actuarial science and minoring in risk management & insurance. Aiden Traver is a junior at Saint Joseph’s University majoring in risk management & insurance and finance.
