The document includes the following key bills:

• A1800 (Colton)/S10019 (Cleare)–Prohibits insurer from increasing auto insurance premiums upon renewal for persons 60 years of age or over solely on the ground of insureds' age. NYIA opposes.
• A11042 (Berger)/S5049 (Bailey)–Relates to licensing of independent insurance adjusters. NYIA supports.
• A3842A (Souffrant-Forrest)/S9942 (Bailey)–Requires carriers to reduce and report on underwriting and investments in "climate-adverse" projects, disclose specific data on homeowners and renters policies, and prohibits non-renewals of policies in communities vulnerable to "blue-lining," among other items. NYIA opposes.
• A11069 (Dilan)/S9156 (Gounardes)–Relates to the use of aerial images for the purposes of homeowners' insurance. NYIA opposes.
