- S9082 (Bailey) - Prohibits public adjusters from contacting certain persons regarding a property that has sustained damage from a damaging event within seventy-two hours of such damaging event. NYIA strongly supports.
- A9571 (Bronson) - Relates to increasing short term disability benefits for workers compensation. NYIA opposes.
