- A10224 (Weprin)/S9135 (Cooney) – Enacts the "fraudulent claims reduction and unlawful deception act." NYIA supports.
- S9179 (Skoufis) – Prohibits insurance discrimination on the basis of an insured's marital status following the death of the insured's spouse. NYIA opposes.
- A10176 (Weprin) – Enacts the "New York property rehabilitation protection act." NYIA supports as a priority initiative.
- S9207 (Gianaris) – Prohibits restrictions on insurance policies based on the policyholder harboring or owning any dog of a specific breed or mixture of breeds. NYIA opposes.
- A10205 (Kay) – Provides for cost-of-living adjustments of disability benefits for an employee with a permanent total disability. NYIA opposes.
