This year’s NYIA Annual Meeting is taking place Thursday, November 14, 2019. The event is being held at The Century House in Latham, New York. NYIA cordially invites and encourages you to participate.

Fee: Members attend free of charge; non-members $150.00

Nonmember registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received by Wednesday, November 6, 2019. Members with free registration will be charged $50 if cancellation is received on or after Thursday, November 7, 2019 or do not show.

Proxy information
Pre-registration is required. If you cannot attend, but wish to submit a proxy, please fill out the proxy form for the Members’ Meeting portion of the Annual Meeting. The presence of one-third of the full insurer members of the association, in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum. All full insurer members, even if registered for the meeting (to ensure you’re able to vote via proxy in the event you have to cancel) should return a signed proxy to corporate secretary, Stacey Orlando via email to sorlando@nyia.org or fax to 518.432.4220.

Reservations can be made at The Century House in NYIA’s reserved block by calling 518.785.0931 and using the group code NY Insurance. The room rate is $99/night for a standard room and $109/night for a business king room. The deadline to book a room at this special rate is October 31.
