Are you ready for the December 1 deadline?
Register today to ensure you are confidently in compliance!

The industry has talked about corporate governance coming to New York for many years and now this compliance requirement is officially in place. Register for this prime opportunity to gauge if your company is on track for the December 1 deadline for the first Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure submission.

This program will provide an overview of the necessary components of the disclosure, specific to the New York regulation. The information will be presented so you can compare your company’s corporate governance framework and documentation to recommended best practices. John Pruitt and Daren Moreira of Eversheds Sutherland will discuss the elements that need to be included and share insights based on their regulatory work with companies in New York as well as in other states. Come with your questions and measure your company’s progress in complying with the regulation.
